Central Perk Chicago Pop-Up

Hi Loves!

As I'm sure you all know, I am a HUGE Friends fan (as most of us are) and I have some exciting news for all of my local readers! There is a Central Perk Pop-Up in Chicago - I REPEAT: THERE IS A CENTRAL PERK POP UP IN CHICAGO!

I call these my apartment pants. If you don't get it, you're not a real fan. Haha!

Okay - so when and where is this happening?! Well it's up right now all the way through December, so you have plenty of time to make a visit! The pop up is taking place inside of the AT&T on Michigan Avenue (600 N Michigan Ave), you just have to go through the store entrance to get inside. And yes - it's free!

The set up is in celebration of the 25th anniversary of Friends! There's occasional events throughout the time they are there when there's live music, actual coffee being served, and of course trivia to test your Friends knowledge! One of the employees is stationed right by the couch just so they can take your photo for you too!

They have the entire counter with all the props you need to get the perfect Rachel Green photo, and even Phoebe's guitar and stool for all of your smelly cat sing alongs!

I couldn't even explain my happiness being here! I've always wanted to visit the set in Los Angeles (and still do) but having a local pop up was a dream come true!​ If you have the chance to visit, absolutely be sure to go while it's up!

I actually have gone in twice already and it wasn't even busy when I went. I don't think many people know about it, or maybe they don't think they can go in. The window you can see it from on Michigan Ave almost looks like its a private entrance, but it's open to the public!

And if you're not a local, be on the lookout for any Friends related events going on in your area! Since it's the 25th Anniversary, there's a ton of different events happening in all different cities. I believe there is also one in NYC right now!
