Striped Statement
My mom and I spent the day at the Milwaukee Domes where we could escape the cold and feel like we were in the tropics for a bit. If you haven't been here, you need to go! Especially in winter, it was so refreshing to take a little bit of time and seriously get a little sanity back getting away from the cold. I'm so ready for spring.
Today's #OOTD is a favorite look of mine and the perfect kick off for spring! These fun wide leg trousers are from Rue 21 (find them here). They make a bold statement but go with just about anything! And um...they are literally on sale for $5.70! I found them on clearance along with a ton of other stuff and walked out of the store with two huge bags and spent less than $50. And I usually never walk into that store because honestly I always forget about it, but I couldn't be happier with all of the steals I came across! They have a TON of awesome clearance items online too (I'm talking like everything under $10), so be sure to check it out!
I paired them with this gold crop top from Forever 21 (I bought it 2 years ago, so I couldn't find the link but a you can find a similar one here - this one is actually cuter..haha) and these simple heels from Target (but you can find these all over - p.s. best shoes ever! they go with everything and are actually super comfy).
